Hello!
I am beyond thrilled to be creating your wedding flowers!
You are now officially on The Honey Seeker journey and I hope you enjoy every moment working together.
This welcome pack is here to help you feel calm, clear, and (most importantly) excited for the magic ahead.
From now until you walk into your flower-filled space, I’ll be your guide, your creative partner, and your floral champion.
Warmest wishes,
Esme x

Your story dances in the details…
Every couple has a rhythm – a feeling, a palette, a season.
Whether you picture something wildly romantic, softly nostalgic, or joyfully unexpected, this is where we begin to shape your floral story.
Together, we’ll explore the flowers, colours, textures, and forms that reflect your love – drawing inspiration from nature, your venue, the way you want the day to feel.
Your ideas, your personalities, your memories – they all belong here.
This isn’t about ticking off a list. It’s about weaving something meaningful. Something that breathes life into your wedding and lingers long after.
Over the coming months, I’ll guide you through each part of your floral journey, offering creative ideas, practical guidance, and gentle expertise so your flowers become on of the most joy-filled parts of your planning.
Now it’s your turn.
These simple prompts are here to help you reflect on what really matters and begin dreaming about the flowers that will surround you on the day you say I Do.
You don’t need to fill them all in at once – come back to them, scribble notes, and jot down thoughts as they arrive.
What matters most to us on our wedding day?
What feeling we want our flowers to create?
(Think joyful, wild, nostalgic, romantic, warm, magical…)
What words we want our guests to feel?
Season, colours, or flowers we love (or don’t love!)
Any meaningful places, memories, or symbols that might inspire our flowers?
Your next steps
There really isn’t much to do right now, but between now and your wedding the key moments are to:
Confirm your details

For our records and invoicing purposes it is useful to have your number and address. Please take a moment to check your client portal to ensure all of your details are correct.
Confirm final details

About 3 month’s before, we will have a get together to go over all the final floral plans, ensuring everything is just right. I will send you an email asking for things like timings of the day and suppliers, it’s so useful to know this before we catch up so our call can be fully focused on flower chat. This questionnaire can also be found in your client portal.
Finalising all payments

After our 3 month catch up, you will receive your final quote. Full payment, less your deposit, is due no less than 6 weeks ahead of the big day. You will receive invoices via email.
After the big day

I love to hear all about your big day, it is one of the best bits. I will pop you an email in the weeks after your wedding day to catch up.
And, at this point, I will also ask for a review – it makes such a difference to us small businesses. Good reviews can be left here:

Let’s make this seamless
Can I change my mind on the flower designs?
Absolutely. Everything is flexible – we will meet again 3 month’s before your wedding to finalise all your floral designs and this is your opportunity to make changes or additions to your flowers.
Please note, you can reduce your initial quote by up to 20%. This is simply because I am a small business and I need to protect my income.
When and how can I contact you?
You can contact me any time by email at:
esme@thehoneyseeker.co.uk
and I will respond within 48 hours (Mon-Fri). Weekends are often busy times in the wedding industry and responses may be slower.
If your wedding package is Waltz or Minuet you can contact me any time on Whatsapp on:
07506 823 539
Same timelines apply.
A reminder of each package is at the bottom of the page.
Do you accept credit card payments?
While I can accept credit card payments, I would really really prefer a bank transfer. Credit cards incur a processing fee which is not added to your final bill but may impact how much I can spend on your flowers, and I’d much rather produce top quality work with your full floral budget.
When do I need to decide on the preserving my flowers by?
You can decide right up until the day before your wedding – just pop me a message any time so I can send you the reservation payment link for £100, the remaining payment on your frame is due in 2 chunks: 50% 2 months after your wedding, and the last bit after your frame is complete.
Paying Invoices
Please please pay your invoices on time and on or before the due date.
I am a small business and this is my income, plus it is incredibly awkward when I have to chase – don’t make me do it.
If you have any queries relating to your invoice or need more time to pay it, just ask, I am always happy to chat through questions or payment terms.
Your wedding date is only secured in my calendar when the deposit has been recieved and I do not buy any flowers until the final invoice has been paid, thank you.

Thank you
To us, you’re not just a booking, you’re part of a creative journey that I pour my whole heart into.
I can’t wait to see everything unfold.
